Private Yoga Practice

Private instruction is available. Deepen your practice through custom built sessions, or let me bring yoga to your organization to increase your team's wellness, efficiency and effectiveness. Please contact for corporate session rates.

Reiki Sessions

Reiki is a traditional healing modality from Japan. It is one of the most non-invasive styles of relaxation and wellness available. A session includes laying comfortably on a massage table, or in a seated position, fully clothed. Read more about Reiki and it's benefits on the What is Reiki page. Sessions are $45 here at the Dharma Hous studio, or add $5 to travel to your location. For ultimate relaxation, coming to the studio is your best option.

As a state recognized Officiate, I would love to perform your wedding or other sacred ceremony. I have officiated weddings, funerals and memorials.
